Hi, I’m Boyuna.

I spent over two decades in corporate training rooms, helping professionals communicate better, lead smarter, and grow stronger. I worked with Dale Carnegie, Aircel, Team Results, and Koen Consulting. I’ve also seen how easy it is for capable, driven people to lose sight of what they truly want.

I know what it’s like to feel pulled in every direction and feel unsure of what you really want. I coach with a mix of structure, empathy, and proven framework so you can get clear on what you want, create a plan you believe in, and take action with confidence.
